We are proud to offer free running form clinics on the second Saturday of each month, meeting at the store at 9am.
We will go over principles of natural running form, foot strength and stability, training intensity, and footwear. Each clinic will be taught by store owners Michelle or John Andersen, who are both certified running form coaches. These clinics are free and open to the public, just show up! (but first check our Facebook or call to confirm the date – sometimes races or events will make it the third Saturday)
We are also happy to perform free gait analysis on our in-store treadmill anytime we are open. We will have you run on the treadmill and videotape you from the side, then look at the video together looking for improvements in form/cadence/posture that can help you run better.
